With the skills and experience gained in the hospitality industry, Anthony decided to combine those skills to create a pastry and photographic future.

Specialising in food photography, Anthony captures creations from chefs and their artworks including his own, priding himself on his ability to make the most of every photo, to be creative and resourceful in his approach and has a keen eye for lighting, detail and image composition.
